Mosaic
Mosaic is a level 5 piece that provides students the opportunity to improve several technical aspects of guitar playing in a musical context. One of the primary technical aspects of this piece is the effective execution of slurs. Additional technical aspects of this piece include reading accidentals, reading on strings 4,5,and 6, and execution of complex rhythms. The teacher in this video has each part come in separately. This allows students to hear how their part contributes to the overall piece, ensures that their complex rhythms are correct, and that slurs are even.
