The Yellow Dress is a level 3 alternation piece for intermediate guitarists. Guitar 3 is a level 1 part, with a repetitive pattern on strings 4, 5 and 6. If you are playing the guitar 3 part, don’t worry about reading the bass notes, your teacher will help you identify them, but look forward to learning them in level 4!

Guitars 1 and 2 play with strict alternation throughout. All guitars will play harmonics, remember to locate the fret, then lightly touch a left-hand finger directly over the fret (not pushing the string to the fingerboard). You might find it easier to produce a good harmonic when the right hand plays closer to the bridge.
