This is an arrangement of a 3 part vocal canon. This arrangement is in the key of E-flat, allowing the students to practice 3rd position reading. In this case every note can be found in third position. For the purposes of this study, students should strictly follow the following formula for playing in 3rd position:

• Play every note on the 3rd fret with the first finger
• Play every note on the 4th fret with the second finger
• Play every note on the 5th fret with the third finger
• Play every note on the 6th fret with the fourth finger
