“Floating in the Cosmos” is an elementary trio intended for the very first day of guitar instruction. The first part of the class will be devoted to proper playing position, finger numbers and letter abbreviations, proper stroke, and good tone. Copy and project the coloring page scores for the students but remember the goal of this piece is to make music quickly with few barriers to performance. All parts of this piece will be taught by rote.
“Floating in the Cosmos” is very short and can be repeated as necessary.
